REGISTRATION
Upon arrival it is necessary to hand over the identity documents for the registration of all residents, even minors.
TOURIST LEASE
Le Giare House is a "Tourist Location" therefore a short-term rental for tourism purposes, therefore the stay cannot last more than 30 days. Change of linen is provided weekly. There is no cleaning service during your stay.
There is only the cleaning service at the end of the stay, included in the price.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
The payment of the amount of the stay can be paid by bank transfer or paypal. Alternatively, it is possible to pay in cash upon arrival upon payment of a deposit by bank transfer or paypal.
We are also on Booking.com and Airbnb.
Cancellation is free up to one week before arrival. In case of cancellation or changes made after 7 days, the cost of the stay will be charged.

RULES OF THE APARTMENT
It is not possible to bring pets.
It is not possible to smoke inside the house.
It is not possible to organize parties.
During the period of stay, in no case, accommodation is permitted for people exceeding the number specified in the reservation without authorization.

The apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Verona.
Just 900 meters from the center of Grezzana with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cellars, shops and pharmacy.
